Rise Up for Dementia Action Week

We've always believed in the power of music, and we know that for people living with dementia, music can truly be a lifeline. Following on from BBC's Our Dementia Choir and for Dementia Action Week 2019 (20th - 26th May) we'd like to know of any songs that your loved ones may re-call for us to learn and sing for you and them.
